Fairlie’s combination of a large, open main floor with smaller breakout rooms is a great space for corporate events and parties, film/video production, fundraisers, galas, small conferences, experiential events and more. We have a simple, industrial style that can be adapted to many uses, as well as conveniences such as fast wifi, electrical throughout the open floor, a second load-in entrance to facilitate staff/production needs, and street level access with 12 foot clearance – enough to bring vehicles into the space.
